Custom Thermoforming Capabilities
From short-run to long-run thermoforming, Shirley K’s brings decades of tooling, materials, and production know-how to your program.
Shirley K’s is a Zanesville, Ohio plastic thermoforming manufacturer producing custom and short-run thermoformed components for OEMs and product companies. Made in the USA since 2013, our custom thermoforming capabilities take a part from concept to production with in-house finishing.

Heavy-Gauge Thermoforming
We specialize in heavy-gauge (thick-sheet) thermoforming for durable, structural parts, forming material in roughly the .080″–.450″ range depending on the application.
Tool Transfer
Already have tooling at another shop? We can take over existing thermoforming tools and bring your part into production at Shirley K’s.
Reverse Engineering
Need to reproduce a part without drawings? We support reverse engineering through our partner shop to recreate tooling from an existing sample.
Part Design & Development
Our team supports part design and development, helping refine a concept for manufacturability before tooling is built.
Reusable Packaging
We design and produce reusable thermoformed packaging — including returnable trays and dunnage — engineered to protect parts in transit and hold up to repeated use.
Low-Volume & Short-Run Production
Custom thermoforming is well suited to low-volume and short-run programs where the tooling cost of injection molding is hard to justify.
In-House CNC Trimming
Finishing is performed in-house with CNC trimming for consistent, repeatable edges and features.
Materials We Form
We work in a range of thermoplastics to match each application, including HMW-HDPE, HIPS, PETG, ABS, Kydex, acrylic, polycarbonate, and HDPE. Many of our materials are 100% recyclable.
