Where our email comes from
Customer and order email comes from shirleyks.com. Introductory email to other businesses comes from shirleyksplastics.com. The domain shirleykplastics.com is retired and does not send email. No other company, affiliate or reseller is allowed to email on our behalf or to advertise our websites by email.
Our rules for introductory email
- We write only to businesses, about the trays, totes and custom parts we make. We do not email personal or consumer addresses.
- Every email names Shirley K’s, gives our street address and phone number, and has an honest subject line.
- Every email says how to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we stop for good, and we add you to a permanent do-not-contact list.
- When you reply to us, no further automated follow-up is sent to you.
- We check addresses before we send, and we stop writing to any address that bounces.
- We send in small numbers, with daily limits for each mailbox. Sending pauses automatically if bounces rise or anyone reports a message as spam.
- Our introductory emails have no attachments, no tracking pixels and no tracked links.
