Shirley K’s is a family-owned plastic thermoforming manufacturer based in Zanesville, Ohio. We have been producing American-made plastic products since 2013, owned and operated by Rob Zachrich and Renée Coll.
WHAT WE MAKE
We design and manufacture thermoformed plastic products across four lines:
- Food handling — meat trays, proofing boxes, food totes, and heavy-duty lugs in HMW-HDPE suitable for food contact applications
- Material handling — stack-and-nest, cross-stack, wire-bail, and divider totes for industrial use
- Organizational trays — storage trays in a wide range of sizes and colors
- Custom thermoforming — OEM parts, covers, enclosures, and reusable packaging

- Short-run and OEM custom thermoforming, including tool transfer and reverse engineering through our partner engineering and tool shop
